July 13-14: The Michigan Military Technical and Historical Society and the Chesterfield Historical Society are proud to present Macomb County’s newest reenactment event.
The event will feature both an Allied and Axis encampment for public displays as well as public battles on both Saturday and Sunday. In addition, military vehicles will be on display and vendors will be on site. Meals will be provided for military reenactors thanks to Phil Naud and his World War II field kitchen. We have a very cooperative venue, easy access from a major expressway and a local government that is on board.
September 7: 7pm, movie night “Prisoners in Paradise” Italian POW’s in America in WWII
November 17: Charles Hyde, author of Arsenal of Democracy, will be speaking about his book and signing copies at the Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society on November 17th, 2013 at 2:00pm.
