A cipher is a code in which each letter or number is represented by another letter or number. Level of difficulty based on rank. Cub Scout Tigers can complete portions of “Curiosity, Intrigue, and Magical Mysteries” Cub Scout Wolves can complete portions of the elective “Code of the Wolf” Other ranks (Lions-Arrow) can join the program – great for Den/Troop meetings. Can add Flag Ceremony for Wolf and Bear requirements. Fun patches available.
